CODE OF CONDUCT

At the Rhythm Hoppers team, we believe that everyone should be able to learn and enjoy this wonderful dance in a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, and we strive to create a space where all members of our community are treated with respect and dignity. In order to achieve these goals, we have developed this code of conduct, which outlines our expectations and guidelines for behavior.

Code of Conduct:

Treat everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ability, or any other characteristic.

Do not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. If you see or experience behavior that violates this policy, please report it to a teacher, staff member, or other person in a position of authority.

Physical contact should only be initiated with the explicit and enthusiastic consent of all parties involved. If at any time someone indicates that they do not want to be touched, their wishes must be respected immediately.

We are committed to creating a safe and comfortable space for everyone to learn and enjoy Swing Dances. If you have any concerns or suggestions for how we can improve our policies and practices, please let us know.

We encourage open communication and dialogue between students and teachers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to speak up.

Dancing should always be fun and enjoyable. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you have the right to stop dancing and take a break.

We expect all members of our community to abide by this code of conduct and to help create a positive and inclusive environment for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
